2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Gagan Goel landmarks & Global Properties.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and necessary documentation.
• Payment schedules and amounts will be outlined in the payment plan provided at the time of booking.
• Late payments may incur additional charges and interest as per company policy.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the booking agreement.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the company's cancellation policy.
• Administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Gagan Goel landmarks & Global Properties will notify the purchaser of the possession date and any changes thereto.
• Handover of the property will occur upon completion of all payments and necessary documentation.

5. Use of Property

• The property is to be used for residential purposes only.
• Any alterations or modifications to the property must receive prior approval from Gagan Goel landmarks & Global Properties.
• Residents must adhere to the community rules and regulations provided at the time of possession.

6. Maintenance and Upkeep

• Common area maintenance and upkeep will be managed by Gagan Goel landmarks & Global Properties or an appointed agency.
• Residents are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their individual units.
• Maintenance charges will be collected as per the schedule and rates outlined in the agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the terms and conditions or the use of the property will be subject to mediation and arbitration.
• The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Gagan Goel landmarks & Global Properties is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking and purchase process will be used solely for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Gagan Goel landmarks & Global Properties reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be communicated to residents and will take effect immediately upon publication.
